METAL REFINING:

Recycling of aluminum scrap, the so-called “tolling scheme”. You supply your aluminum scrap (raw materials) to our workshop, the scrap is briquetted to reduce losses during processing, the blockage and metal exit are discussed and after the agreed time you receive an aluminum alloy corresponding to the grade of the supplied raw materials.

COKE CASTING OF PRODUCTS FROM ALUMINUM ALLOYS AND THEIR PARTS:

Our company is capable not only of preparing aluminum alloys in ingots of various grades by chemical composition, including casting alloys in accordance with GOST 2839-94, used in foundries using various casting methods. We also take care of the physical properties of the alloys supplied to the consumer. The porosity score, if discussed with the buyer, is reduced to grade II, along with delivery without discussion of grade III porosity. We perform refining of alloys before casting, which results in grain refinement of silicon in the structure of castings and improves its casting qualities. Purging the melt with inert gases not only lowers the porosity score, but also reduces clogging with non-metallic inclusions. And, of course, we have our own shamans.

Remelting significantly reduces the casting quality of the metal: the melt is saturated with hydrogen, the number of non-metallic inclusions increases, the structure and chemical composition change. There are also a number of negative consequences that rarely are eliminated in dispensing ovens.

The issue of re-melting of the supplied alloys led us to the conclusion about the need to offer our services in terms of the possibility of designing and direct production of products and castings from aluminum and alloys based on it. We have worked out with design organizations. We currently have a fleet of chill casting machines. We have considerable experience in chill casting. We are increasing the range, we are working to improve the features. We can also on-line, if necessary, make changes in the structure of the metal, in the chemical composition, since the entire base is “at hand”.

Thus, our company can offer you production from design to receiving the finished product. By offering our services, we will allow you to bypass the stage of repeated remelting of prepared metal, transportation and storage of finished ingots. This is only a small part of the difficulties faced by the customer, which we propose to solve when placing an order for production with us.
